CANCELLATION POLICY

We value the time and needs of every guest. To help us provide the best services to as many guests as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subjected to a fee of 40% of the service booked. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged a fee of 80% of the service booked.
